• Preliminary work needed for pressure equipment in cooperation with the inspection authorities (NDT inspections, hydraulic test  e.t.c)

• Documentation according to the relevant Greek regulations.

Periodic control and certification of steam boilers / steam generators includes the following:

• Necessary preliminary maintenance work by our company's specialized personnel (opening of water chamber and smoke chamber doors, replacement of old gaskets, etc.)
• Performing Non-Destructive Tests (thickness measurements, tests with magnetic fields and penetrating liquids, ultrasound)

• Testing of operational and safety systems in operation (testing of overpressure safety devices, pressure switches, pumps)
• Hydraulic test in the presence of an independent Certification Body
• Combustion control, exhaust gas measurement and issuance of the Exhaust Gas Measurement Sheet
• Issuance of work report sheet by our company
• Issuance of an Audit Certificate by the independent Certification Body
