ATTIKON HOSPITAL - ARTO / D 3000 TYPE STEAMGENERATOR  with a capacity of 3000 kg/h

"ARTEMIS S.A." undertook the construction and installation of a steam generator type ARTO/D 3000, with a steam generating capacity of 3000 kg/h, with gas - oil burner for Attikon Hospital in Athens.

It is a hydraulic steam generator with full steam production in 8-12 minutes from cold start, capable of responding immediately to any change in the required steam quantity.

The automatic modulating burner combined with the two inverters of the water supply pumps ensure a smooth and continuous operation of the steam generator, with the minimum fuel consumption.

System of superheating and drying of the steam produced from the exhaust gases of the steam generator, ensures the production of dry steam, dryness >98% !

In addition, the steam generator is equipped with a twin exhaust gas economizer, resulting in an efficiency of more than 95% at full load. The twin economizer system is designed with absolute ergonomics to allow maintenance and future repairs with particular comfort and ease.

All the operation of the steam generator is controlled by a central electrical panel with PLC and 10'' touch screen display. The system allows remote monitoring by our company's technicians and their immediate intervention to solve any operational problems.
