Steam generators ARTO/D 2500, 2500 kg/h & steam networks in CVBtech conveyor belt production industry.

The CVΒtech conveyor belt production company has launched its collaboration with our company in its new production unit in Volos. Thus "ARTEMIS SA" delivered two ARTO/D 2500 type steam generators with a steam production capacity of 2500 kg/h. Each steam generator was delivered with ECO exhaust gas, electrical panel with PLC and the most modern equipment, satisfying the special requirements of our customer.

"ARTEMIS SA" also undertook the design of the new boiler room and the steam and condensate networks of the factory with their peripheral equipment.

• Double wall stainless steel stacks with 25 mm insulation were installed.

• The water supply system of the two steam generators consists of a pressure-type feed water tank, a stainless condensate container and a softening system. The above with the most modern operating and safety equipment communicates through an independent electrical panel with the PLCs of the two steam generators.

• Particular emphasis was placed on the field of energy saving! Flue gas economizers and condensate returns preheat the feed water of the steam generators. The excess energy of the boiler, when it overheats, is channeled into a boiler for heating the factory offices!

• Cooling system of the piston pumps of the steam generators to protect them from overheating

• Central steam distributor of robust construction and vanoid from the famous German company ARI Armaturen connects the two steam generators to the central steam supply of the factory.

• Central steam and condensate supply lines to 20 intake points in one main and one repair steam press.

• Steam pressure reduction stations with all the necessary equipment from the most famous European houses

Commissioning of all the above equipment and staff training in its correct and safe use
