Three-pass flame- tube smoke- tube boiler for hot and superheated water.
SCOTCH/ LW type water boilers are suitable for all traditional oil and gaseous fuels.
ARTEMIS Industry focuses on the particularity of each client’s needs. Therefore, the Company has a great flexibility to produce products that differ a lot from those of the mass production. Many features such as:
can be adjusted to the special needs of each customer, especially Industries and bigPublicBuildings.
ARTEMIS stands for quality, long life and reliability.
High quality insulation
Low heat losses through high density mineral wool protected by aluminium, stucco type metal sheets
Electrical control panel
The electrical control panel of the SCOTCH/LW consists of the following:
Economizer
By fitting an economizer the boiler efficiency can reach 96%.
ARTEMIS economizers are especially designed and can be applied to both new and already existing boilers.
Maintaining the Return flow temperature
In order to maintain the return temperature in a hot water boiler, a system is used which consists of the following :
All the above are delivered pre-assembled, so the installation time is reduced to just a few hours.
Soot accumulator
Soot accumulators must be used when the fuel is heavy oil, because the flue gases contain high amounts of soot and unburnt masses which are particularly damaging for the atmosphere and the environment.
Soot accumulators through a special layout of their fins retain a big part of the soot and the unburnt masses and as a result the gases driven to the atmosphere are cleaner.
Due to the fact that heavy oil has a high content of sulfur- which is particularly corrosive - the soot accumulators are made of stainless steel metal sheets.
Expansion vessels
For heating plants with working temperature over 120 0C, classic membrane expansion tanks are not appropriate.
The solution for that, are the industrial expansion tanks, which use compressed nitrogen or air, while a system of conductivity electrodes regulates the water level inside the vessel.
Construction and testing in accordance to the P.E.D 2014/68/EUrelative to the pressure equipment (PED)
Widely applied in industries with superheated water heating circuits (water temperature around 150 °C).
